Business enquiries and contact

We process your name, company, email, optional phone number, interests and message to respond to your request and manage the business relationship. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for business representatives, our legitimate interest in handling professional communications (Article 6(1)(f)). Acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Enquiries are delivered to sales@arrowservicedistribution.it and info@arrowservicedistribution.it and are accessible to authorised staff. Required fields are needed to process your request; without them the form cannot be used.

B2B newsletter

Newsletter registration is optional and requires specific consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and confirmation by email. Only confirmed addresses may receive commercial communications and B2B opportunities. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our communications or by emailing info@arrowservicedistribution.it.

Retention and recipients

Business enquiries are retained as needed to handle your request and the relationship, taking legal obligations and disputes into account. Newsletter details are retained until consent is withdrawn, subject to a review of whether retention remains necessary. Unconfirmed registrations are not used for commercial mailings. Evidence of consent and withdrawal is retained as needed to demonstrate compliance with applicable obligations.

We use Aruba hosting and email services for this website, storage and email delivery. Authorised staff and technical providers process data for the purposes described. We do not sell personal data. Any future mailing platform will be assessed and this notice updated before activation. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Security, cookies and technical data

The website uses a technical cookie lasting two hours to protect forms and validate requests. It does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking or behavioural analytics. Essential technical data and security logs may be processed to prevent abuse and operate the service. Fonts and images are hosted locally.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interest by emailing info@arrowservicedistribution.it. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority: www.garanteprivacy.it.
